To use the latest change set please use this link instead:

-Rewrote the PopupMenuItem class into a lookless control with full templating support in Blend
-Added commanding support
-Moved all code in the PopupMenu partial class to the PopupMenuUtils class
-Added the GetStyleValue and GetStyleSetter functions to the PopupMenuUtils class
-Browser zooming issues fully solved
-Fixed a bug occuring when right clicking on a Treeview item
-Added the ItemClicked and Clicked event handlers
-Most bindable properties now have an associated dependency property
-Added the RegisterVisualStateGroupTargets method to the PopupMenu class
-Added the ParentOverlapGrid, ParentOverlapGridBrush and ParentOverlapGridThickness properties
-Added the Tooltip property
-Added the HoverInStoryboard, HoverOutStoryboard properties
-Added the CloseOnHoverOut property
-Added the ImageLeftMinWidth and ImageRightMinWidth properties
-ImageLeft now responds to the left button click
-Added the UseFirstItemAsHeader property
-Better handling of the IsChecked property through properties ImageCheckedPath, ImageUncheckedPath, ImageIntermediatePath and IsThreeState
-Updated Demo2 accordingly
-Added thread safe events for the IsChecked property(all credit goes to Locksley)
-Storyboards created using the CreateStoryBoard function no longer need to be registered
-Fixed a bug where the controls showed up momentarily during startup
-The Disabled state is now based on a storyboard animation
-The ItemsEffect and ItemsControlEffect properties are now active
